Here at Fruition hair salon in Wilston, the safety, satisfaction and well-being of our valued clients and incredible staff members is our utmost priority at all times. Behind all the awards, all the trends, all the cuts, all the colours, at the end of the day what we do is about people – our people.
In light of the increasing concerns surrounding COVID-19, we want to assure you that we, as a business and team, are taking every possible precaution to ensure that you, and we, remain safe at this time of uncertainty.
We continue to be committed to cleaning each and every tool, station, basin and chair between each and every client using hospital grade disinfectant, and have invested in a steam cleaner.
Hand sanitiser is available to all clients and staff members upon entry and during appointments.
We can assure you that NO members of the Fruition team have travelled overseas during the past month, and we are very fortunate to claim that none of our family members or friends are unwell or affected with COVID-19.
We have also temporarily stopped distributing magazines to our clients during appointments, to ensure page turning doesn’t equal germs, so please bring your own light reading or digital devices for entertainment.
Cash payments will also no longer be accepted for an uncertain period of time, again to avoid the spread of germs. A reminder though that we do have both Zip Pay and After Pay facilities if required.
Lastly, in light of the actions we have put into place, we feel confident welcoming you to the salon at this time of uncertainty. In return however, we do ask that should you feel unwell, or if you have travelled overseas this past month, that you call the salon today to reschedule any upcoming appointments, in line with the recommended 14-day self-isolation recommendation.
